hey!

i haven't come across anyone on tribe with my same combination of scorpio sun, gemini moon. cool! (you're not sag rising, are you?) in fact i don't often have a lot of scorpios around me at all. do you find this too? or is it just me?

i watch myself as well. it's nice to be at a point in my life that i'm feeling pretty aware of myself and what i'm doing on a more consistent basis.

i use to struggle with why i do things. i could never reconcile my rational belifs of what i "should" thing and do with my actual actions and thoughts which are more driven by emotion. but i've come to accept that there is no explanation because emotions are not rational. i still seek more information on why i do things because i'm a little in the dark much of the time as to my own motives. but i'm more mellow about it now.

a big lesson i continue to learn is self acceptance, which goes hand in hand with the other biger lesson, acceptance of others. i tend to have little tolerence with people who don't meet my expectations. this obviously makes for a difficult life sometimes. but i'm learning! i have all of my ideas down about how i want to live my life, it's just practicing those ideas and breaking old habbits that is the difficult part.

i invest *so* much in my relationships with other people. i personalize them to a degree that i think is a bit overboard. i take on other peoples actions as my own responsibility. it's frustrating and emotionally draining. i would think that has to do with my moon, but i'm not sure. i think i draw this conclusion because outside of astrology i relate this to my mother. and within the context of astrology, i've read that the way that you deal with emotions has to do with your mother. i'm sure that's a generalization that might be totally off. i'm still trying to piece together all of these ideas about influences and such. it's a big picture to try and put together, but it's so much fun, and i'm learning so much.
